Unpleasant service. I chose a bouquet for a friend on the website, ordered it. Until the moment when the recipient sent me a photo of what he received, the impressions of the store were good. But there is no need to promise too much if you are not able to fulfill it. On the site before placing an order, it is indicated that the color of the tape will be as in the photo, the box as in the photo and the size too. As a result, instead of buds of peony roses, bush roses were stuck with holes, instead of a velvet bow in color, a collective farm shiny pink was imposed on eucalyptus branches, and eucalyptus was completely absent in the bouquet. The question in vatsap with the photo was not answered. I wrote to the mail indicated on the website in the section “order of replacing a bouquet”, the answer came that the order was made from another organization and “unscrew to the address”)) In general, instead of positive emotions for 6100r, I received a poorly assembled collective farm box and ignore.

I made orders here a couple of times, on the whole I'm quite satisfied, like my girlfriend. The assortment of bouquets is good, you can find something for any budget. The flowers are always fresh and beautifully decorated. Delivered on time, although the last time the courier made a mistake with the address, we had to wait a bit.
