Very dissatisfied with the service at the bank on the street. Kollontai d. 21 k1. They came to get their daughter a card, she is a minor. First they asked for her passport, then her birth certificate. We did not take a certificate with us, did not know about this order. I asked for a list of documents in order to suddenly understand something else is needed on our part. To my question: “Exactly nothing more will be required, except for the passport and the birth certificate of my daughter and my passport?”, They answered in the affirmative: “Yes, nothing more is needed.” They ran away for a birth certificate, came a second time to a bank branch, took a coupon. We are told that we still need a student ID to apply for a card, a compulsory medical insurance policy, and since my daughter and I have different surnames, then we have a marriage certificate ..... And when I clarified this, it was impossible to say this ????? ? We left a disabled child at home, ran for the second time for documents to come and DO NOT issue an ordinary plastic card !!!!! We were asked to come THIRD times to apply !!!! Workers are golden !!! It can be seen that your bank does not really need clients.
