I went to change the phone number attached to the card (Bolsheviks branch of the Savings Bank 27a). Changed, the little girl is very friendly and smart: she knows everything everywhere she can help. She is the smallest in the room - Really a hammer. Yes, in general, all the girls are great. There are also men working in the bank, I saw a man with glasses trying to help an elderly woman by telling about services, doing everything intelligibly and respectfully. Out of 20-30 bank branches in which I have been, this is the best - I would even call it the top 1 in the city of St. Petersburg. You feel super comfortable when talking to employees. There is even a feeling at times that you just want to come and talk and listen. People are super loyal.

In the hall waiting for their turn 4 people, employees in windows 6. Already 20 minutes do not cause anyone, but solve the scandal, asking without a twinge of conscience each other questions. It's wonderful that employees send with a seemingly simple operation of transferring funds from the card to the card in the wrong window and it's necessary to wait twice for the queue :)
