The department employs completely incompetent employees. The girls are real arrogant boors who consider themselves the most important, but in fact do not know anything, also do not know how to talk normally with customers, as if the CLIENT MUST SERVE THEM. Every trip to this department is a hassle. For any question or request, the most ordinary, they immediately write to someone in a chat, or they call by phone to ask what needs to be done. Vile.

I pay a loan through this bank, as a partner of RN Bank, before the manager kindly printed out a sample of the completed application, and all 12 months I entered the necessary data in 1 minute. UniCredit spent no more than 10 minutes in the department, now they explained to me that the team was changed and it was not their responsibility ... sit and fill out this application as a whole every time, now the forwarding time in the department takes 30 minutes and the queue and kind staff are formed replaced by rude and lazy.

Very often, ATM does not work. The staff is poorly trained, incompetent in many matters, does not correspond to the level of such a brand as UniCredit.
