Today, on June 16, 2020, I was in a savings bank at the address of Narodnaya St. 68, building 1. I really liked the service! There were no people, so I was given enough attention to solve my questions. I had to pay the state fee and, due to my carelessness, I created difficulties for myself, which made me very confused. But the bank employee, the girl administrator, I don’t know my name, but she is in a position, she was very, very attentive, kind and humanly kind !!! Girl, did everything possible, showing high PROFESSIONALISM. Nowhere and never, in any other banks did they serve me. I emphasize, so carefully, so interested and so professional !!! I appeal to the management of the Sberbank branch, at 68 Narodnaya St., building 1, and I ask you to reward your employee, unfortunately I do not know the name, but she is in a position for excellent work and professionalism. I hope my request will be answered! Thank you very much, many, human thanks !!!

Branches are improving. And this also affected this branch of the bank. The windows were removed. Now communication is not through the glass and standing, but sitting across the table. At the entrance, employees always meet and help in carrying out all operations with advice and actions. The line passes pretty quickly. Many actions can be done without a queue, through an ATM

I came to change the card. Queue 7 people. In 20 minutes 4 windows served 2 people. in the 3rd window, the employee called the client and left, without even waiting for the client to arrive (appeared 10 minutes later, when they called). 2 window, went for lunch or a smoke break, and an employee of 1 window for 15 minutes downloaded the computer, flexed her fingers, scribbled someone on the phone, and we all watched it sweetly .... And finally I got a call in 1 window ... they serviced 1 person and the employee again hung up for 5 minutes and only after the comment took 2 clients ... This is terrible, honestly, from this weaned, I did not receive the service, because. I just didn’t have an hour of time ... Leninsky 135, when I received the card, there were 30 people in the hall, I was served for 5 minutes, in fact, a call goes every 30 seconds of a new client. I would like to receive the same service in all branches ...

Electronic queue, fast and quality service. 4 ATMs around the clock in the lobby, two or three inside. Well done employees are always ready to help pensioners and mammoths from the past cope with soulless machines. In addition, in this branch, as a selection of very beautiful employees, it is very nice to come here.
