Disgusting service !! "Specialist" Dubinina Yulia looks at each client with an absent look, showing her complete indifference and contempt. Her goal, apparently, to collect in the office as long as possible. Worst of all the offices of Avangard Bank.

This branch is trying to cash in on the client. Once they took a commission for them to accept rubbed dollars (the numbers are whole, the bill is almost perfect, but they found the rubs). The second time announced that on a bill of fungi !!!!!!!!!!))))) Kupyury new !!!! unheard of. Offered to take with the commission !!!! This clownery can be found only here.

All OK. Various transfers without commissions or with minimum in the area. Near ATMs of Raiffeisenbank, Alfabank, Gazprombank, but there is no Sberbank of Russia!
