I love sport

I do agree with a lot of the people , that there isn't a lot of room , but there also aren't a lot of people . I've never seen this gym be over crowded ( in the 2 months that i attended , at any time during the day ) . Plenty of modern equipment, great atmosphere, friendly staff and great trainers ( Артур ! ) . For its price , I would definitely recommend !

A small gym for those who do not like crowds, large spaces and want, for example, to pick up a time when there is almost no one in the gym. This, by the way, is important if at first you are ashamed of yourself, your body and your skills. There are basic fitness equipment, a sauna and a swimming pool too. The staff are nice. As a hall next to the house - a good choice.

Fitness club on the Enlightenment! Trainer Elena Naida! I do not advise you to go to such a coach !!! She screams hysterically at both children and parents. 25 minutes warm-up! Children are punished. Tasks are not feasible for children 3-5 years old, who came 3 times to the training in general (2 previous trainings, were with a different coach). She gave me a board for swimming and didn’t even explain what was happening, after 2 laps I took the swim only on oversleeves. The child has horror in his eyes - "Mom, I almost drowned, I did not cope with the task, I could not even get out of the water ..." The child floundered so that I ran out of strength, I had to pull him out of the pool. This is not a sports school where they train as an athlete, but a fit club where we bring children to learn how to swim, and most importantly, not to be afraid of water and even more so coaches! After training with Elena Naida, my child, who was 5 years old, screamed "Help" all night in his sleep ...

I never wrote reviews, but accidentally stumbling upon a previous review, I decided to do it. I want to stand up for our respected coach - Elena Naida. First: the coach yells at the children. Yes ! because the children will not hear the coach if he speaks quietly and calmly, and even if you repeat the same thing to the children from class to class, then you want to shout. Second: yells at parents. Yes! screams and thinks correctly and does, you are adults and you have to think with your own head when you rush into the pool in outerwear and dirty shoes, though in shoe covers, all this dirt then floats with our children. By the way, this also applies to showers, do you also walk in street shoes at home in the shower? Fourthly: Classes in groups are given taking into account the age of the children, it is not for nothing that the groups are divided by years and according to the capabilities of the children. The son goes to Elena from 1.5 to 3 years old, then we had a break and we even tried another pool and a trainer, the son refused to go there, said that they did not teach him anything there, and by the way, after leaving there for five lessons, I never saw not once, neither the coach, nor the pool itself, nor who never came out and told what was happening in training and how my child behaves. We returned to Elena and now, at the age of 5, my child swims without everything and swims very well, for this I want to express my deep gratitude to Elena. Also, my daughter has been in the "GOLDEN FISH" group since she was 2.5 years old and now, at the age of three and four months, she swims herself without oversleeves, but so far with the help of improvised means. Elena is a really competent coach and the result is visible on the face. Lenochka - do not pay attention to bad statements in your address, keep moving in the same direction, children come to you with pleasure, respect and love you.
