In general, the club is good, the coaches are focused on your result. My trainer Vadim also threw off the nutrition scheme for me, and monitors the correct performance of the exercises, and monitors my measurements, because I really want to lose weight after giving birth. It’s bad that the club doesn’t have a water cooler where one could replenish water supplies. The club is small, there are not many people, you can practice around the clock and at any time.

I train there

During the day there are no group classes, in the evening there are only a couple of classes at 18:00, everything else is paid. The toilet is always dirty. You shouldn't take personal trainings from almost anyone, they take several people at the same time, they don't look at the equipment. If you yourself know how to do the exercises and are not whimsical, then run iron and take a shower ok

Small cozy room. Always clean. I come in the morning, there are not many people. Very nice reception girls. Great trainers.
