Library number 8

I came to enroll in the library with a 2-year-old child. They did not serve, they asked to leave. They explained that these 15 minutes, which I will fill out the documents, my child will interfere with everyone. There is no explanation for this in my picture of the world !!!

The first time I visited this library to sign up, everything is fine, very friendly staff)
