From my opinion it isn't 4stars hotel. Stayed there for 2 nights and it was certainly a diferrent kind of hotel. Located just in the 3rd floor of a building on central nevsky avenue in an old block. the room it is big and clean room and bathroom is small. The staff was oofful. He barely spoke english and the receptionist wanted to pay the extra bed once more when he was already paid.The breakfast in the small kitchen was not full of many diferrent dishes but it was very nice and they even asked us what we want each day for breakfast so that they prepare it instantly like eggs, omelette, pancakes or sausages. People are paranoia with strangers/tourists.

In general, they are satisfied. Noise isolation is not the strongest, so sometimes you can hear what is happening outside, as well as breakfast, coffee, staff, location is good

Were for 1 night Settled quickly, coffee was offered, breakfast is not rich, but ate well, the room was clean, nice
