Despite the nice location and the boutique gym style, the staff are not friendly and lack of profesionalism, it seems they know little about customer experiece even the managers. Machines are old and the general atmosphere is negative.

Sham prosperity catches your eye at reception and bar, while locker rooms receive far less attention. Infared sauna is used by nobody, for other types you need to visit SPA on another floor, which requires you to wear a bathrobe. Provided towel is way too small. Locker rooms lack the soap and any hangers. Shower room in SPA smells bad. Fitness equipment and training room are good enough.

Good fitness center, but small swimming pool

It's very beautiful inside. Not a lot of people, as there is now an appointment to visit the aqua zone. Small pool but good bath. They constantly monitor the cleanliness. I have been coming here for 3 years and am satisfied.
