I spent a whole hour to get through to no avail: at first I hung up for 15 minutes and waited for the girl to sort out the visitors, but they threw me off. Then I got through for another 20 minutes and waited, so no one answered. I got through to another girl, she said that she would transfer the call and also dropped it. Disgusting call reception!

First time in the hospital, allergy department. Satisfied, all the doctors and nurses are kind, friendly, it is clear that they love their profession. The interior is normal, all the amenities are there, but in other departments it is better. The food is normal, according to GOST, not super, of course, but you can eat. Anyway, I didn't expect it to be better. Unfortunately, patients are very limited, but this is understandable, without this it would not have been possible to arrange a well-coordinated work in the hospital. It's good that I got here.

Boorish attitude on the part of pediatric neurologists. I do not recommend

The hospital itself may not be bad, but the rights are not respected. I was lying with a child up to 4 years old and everyone answered me that I was not supposed to allocate a separate sleeping place, allegedly up to 1 year old only. But some were allowed to do whatever they wanted: to spend the night on the beds of those children who had gone home or were discharged. Although they did not have this need (just too lazy to go home). In a quiet hour, when a mother with a child or girls have to rest (not everyone is easy, someone is really sick or the child is small), relatives-visitors, dads, grandfathers were allowed to "hang out". Those whose upbringing is not visible either, and they do not care that someone does not create convenience. I want to note that all of the above did not come to the sick, but just children for a routine examination. Ie nothing hurts. The weather is fine outside, there are couches and sofas in the hallway and lobby where you can meet, but they were allowed to do everything. Nurses are also lacking in education: unceremoniously bursting into the room with food from the refrigerator at 7:00 (because they have a check) is, for some, the norm. Like: "there is no date on this" or "it is not supposed to be kept in the refrigerator" and so on. For those who lie for a month or more, and even in a jack with a jack, believe me, this is a serious problem !!! Ie, introducing normal rules for admission and teaching staff to communicate culturally is not a problem, but .... it is not!

Department of Nephrology, planned hospitalization, child 3.4 at the time of admission. The recording was quick for me (29 days from the call to the receipt), I asked the neighbors for the record for 3 months. The problem arose with my USB stick, but they put us in with a certificate from a TB specialist. The list of necessary documents and certificates is presented on the hospital website + their expiration date. Since we had an examination, they offered a day hospital (they say what to do and what time to arrive tomorrow), you can agree to this or refuse. We drove. The building is after repair, in the yard there is a playground for children, a house is being built nearby. The security is pleasant. The ward is clean, the windows were washed in front of us throughout the hospital, but without nets mosquitoes flew in the morning. The toilet is shared throughout the wing; there are paid rooms. A socket in the corridor, with an extension cord, questions came out, one nurse resolved in the evening, the other categorically forbade. The refrigerator is small. Boiling water is poured only in a thermos and only in the dining room during opening hours. There is also a children's room with a TV, books, puzzles and some toys. The dining room is downstairs, they are quickly enough added to the list, the tables are different for children, it is better to warn about allergies, although the cooks have all the information. Chefs are very polite and try not to offend anyone and quickly feed everyone. The steps are very uncomfortable, slippery in some shoes. Procedures are standard for all subjects, analyzes, crops, ultrasound and x-rays. But we didn’t have an x-ray with the doctor. My child was ready for the procedures, but when he went into the office he was scared and broke, they did not give reassurance, they also shouted several times. As a result of difficulties with these procedures, the daughter was initially afraid of the doctors, after a few months she was simply afraid. The impression is outrageous, you can neither communicate nor act with the children (sudden movements when putting the child who clung to the film, the mom’s total exclusion from the screaming child (we were already in the hospitals, I know how to calm and not to scare my child), and raising the voice on the child - all this is unacceptable if the child is small. The doctor was initially annoyed). The attending physician is pleasant and friendly, he explained everything clearly and told, answered questions. In general, I am satisfied with the hospital.
