scary looking place
Today is 11/29/2020. the situation began on November 27, 2020.
Unfortunately I can not give 0 stars. Section 2.
My brother was admitted to the hospital under the act. He asked me to bring cigarettes, clarified whether it was possible to smoke there, everything is possible, there are special designated places. At the bottom I specially read what is allowed, what is not, I took the entire ban. Everything seems to be good, but no. They took the cigarettes from the parcel, they don't want to return them, they don't want to return the money either. I called the post to understand what was the matter. They say you can't and that's it. They can't explain why. Nurse Maria (seemingly), a young girl who has been in the hospital for 2-3 months. She took cigarettes from the parcel. (Okay, cigarettes, it's good that the food was not taken away). I tried to call a nurse or a doctor, but no one wanted to talk to me. What woman (who speaks bad Russian) could not give me the phone number of a nurse or a doctor, she just brushed me off. To somehow get in touch with them. Good. I call in 2 days, the doctor answers the phone. I begin to calmly ask him questions, and he explodes like a powder keg. Can't explain anything, he says about some laws that do not exist on the territory of Russia. Speaks out of the way.
I ask him a specific question whether the cigarettes will be returned to the owner after discharge. He says no. He does not want to return the money either. What to do with this is not clear. I understand perfectly well that parents and doctors there smoke. How a 15-year-old teenager differs from them, they also cannot explain. I do not understand why THEY decide whether someone can smoke and someone cannot. None of them is not that they are not parents, they cannot even call themselves a distant relative.
Well, they decided that he could not smoke there (I found out through my brother, no one told me). But why can't the cigarettes be returned after discharge? I cannot understand this. The only residue after communicating with the 2nd department is not understanding.
Why didn't Maria want to talk to me?
Why can't the girl direct me to Maria or the Doctor?
Why does the doctor speak aggressively?
It was very unpleasant to face such a situation where no one can explain anything. They didn't tell me any hospital rules. About the current laws of the Russian Federation too. People there are guided only by their personal "want". (I'm only talking about department 2, they talked well with me downstairs. In the information office too, even in the waiting room.) I have no complaints about the hospital as a whole, only department 2.
We got to the hospital by ambulance, the child was 2.10, lay in the 2nd infectious diseases ward. They brought in at night. Issued quickly. In general, while driving, I read a lot of horrors and it was scary to go there. In fact, everything is fine. We lay for 5 days, during this time no one was rude to us, no one ignored, I never saw someone else swearing with someone from the staff. All staff are very polite and caring. The head of the department looked at us twice. The department is clean, the repairs were not done yesterday, but everything is decent, in some wards there are old windows, in some new ones. The food is quite normal, the dietary table, as it should be in an infectious diseases clinic. The beds are really uncomfortable) hard) After 5 days of stay, I just want to say thank you to the doctors, nurses, ml staff of this department! Thank you for your work and human attitude!
I want to express my deep gratitude to Mikhail Markovich Vorobyov! We were admitted to the emergency room on 12/8/2020. Doctor from God! The doctor is very attentive, kind, smart! Thank you for these first most difficult days, droppers, control in the morning, parting words! With great gratitude and deep respect, Doctor Vykhodtseva N.L.
If I’m not mistaken, I was lying in the first ward with norovirus, they could not make a diagnosis for 6 days, at first they said one thing and then another, it’s still unknown where the infection came from, they injected amikacin, which, as it turned out, I couldn’t because of muscle hypotension, later I said about this to the doctors after hearing in response (roughly speaking)
- you wind up, you don't have any hypotension.
In addition, they said that my behavior was inadequate (although other doctors and nurses had no complaints about me) I slept, ate, read, talked with a neighbor, but due to the fact that at night my temperature rose and attacks of infection began, and because of antibiotics, I could not sleep, I could not sleep, they threatened to take away my phone, supposedly I was sitting in it all night, they called my grandmother and gave recommendations for treatment in a mental dispensary, because according to the words "you have because of your regular panic attacks, "I will tell you this, I have never suffered from panic attacks, they answered me:
- everything starts for the first time.
But on the sixth day I simply could not stand it, she carefully asked me to replace the antibiotic or at least consider this option, at my request I received a condition
- either we are injecting you with an antibiotic, or you write a receipt for refusing treatment for one reason or another.
In order not to ditch my muscles to the end, I had to write a refusal.
Thank you, I don’t want to.
