Rather calm and cozy place.

Quite a mediocre hotel, the rooms need to be updated a long time ago considering that the wallpaper on the walls was originally painted. It was autumn, the rooms are warm, there are no problems with hot water, good bed linen, they change on time. Regular and good cleaning of the room. There is no refrigerator in the room, but there is a shared kitchen, one could cook, but the dishes are not at all important. At the reception there are polite and always friendly administrators. The room clearly does not have enough hangers to hang clothes.

Everything is very good: cleanliness, service. Our room has its own shower and toilet, kitchen. Minus - there is no sound insulation!

Stayed at the hotel on 09.03.2020-11.03.2020, the impression was favorable; calm, clean and comfortable) The room has everything you need, the bed / linen / towels are clean, the plumbing / lighting is working, Wi-fi 👌, a convenient and equipped common area - dishes, refrigerators, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, tea / coffee / sugar - available around the clock !!! All rules of residence at the hotel / requirements / evacuation plan / instructions for using household appliances / working hours / contact details are all registered and approved by the administration !!! The administrators are friendly, willingly answer all questions! during the absence of the room, wet cleaning was done, the garbage was thrown away, the bed was made up! Well done! Thank you))) I plan to stay again)))

Cozy and clean hotel. Thoughtful design. There is a small cafe in the lobby. Great location in Petersburg. Our Moscow friends came with a working TV visit, so we went to visit them. At the reception, guests are treated respectfully, which is a big plus for the hotel. We will recommend My Hotel to friends!
