Alex Aqua Hotel

Hotel looks nice inside but lacked basic amenities such as a kettle. Bed sheets dont fit on the bed and the pillows have seen much better days! Despite how its marketed the majority of reception staff do not speak english, that said they tried very hard to communicate using a translator app. The restaurant did not open past 6pm which seemed odd to me seeing as people were only just finishing work by this time so there were no facilities for evening meals at the hotel. My room had no safe for valuables and was only cleaned once the whole week and that's because I asked for someone to clean and replenish toiletries.

This hotel doesn't have elevators, I had to carry 4 big suitcases up to the 4th floor. I had to wait for check-in while my 8 year old son was sleeping and we were kicked out of the restaurant. The staff at the restaurant don't speak English, thank God I had roming to use google translator. The lady at the front desk is the only one who speaks English.The rooms do not have A/C, it gets hot at night time. Well actually there is not night time, because we had 24 hours sunlight. The location of this place is far away from the city center. It is a four story building but only the third and fourth floor are part of the hotel.A picture is worth 1000 words, please check then out.
