Very cosy and inexpensive accommodation. Discounts for long term stays. Cons: no elevator, located on 5th floor.

In my opinion. In this city (capital !!!) For this money, everything is quite adequate! In the south you will have nothing for this money. The availability of free rooms is also a plus. Nice hotel. Minus one - 4th floor on foot)), or even an attic, and in my case it is after 1000 versts)!

On the site it is indicated that it is possible to move in with animals, upon making a deposit for damage, which is generally logical. In fact, hell, the administrator is not interested in doing this. The rest of the issues are apparently solved in the same order. I do not recommend from the word at all.
