Otel' Park Krestovskiy

Worst service that I’ve ever experienced! Waitresses are totally unresponsive and their behavior is like 🤮. My recommendation- Never go to this hotel!

Comfortable rooms in great location close to stadium. Lobby bar serves coffee in morning or cocktails at night. Adequate for travelers passing through for World Cup football match. Nothing very fancy but good value for money.

The room was decent and the receptionist polite (Comfort). Nasty smell of the carpets in the corridors. On the way to the breakfast really stinky. Some insects - big ones - also rest dead and alive in the rest halls that separate the corridors. The breakfast is terrible, specially the coffee. Room cost about 70 euro. Too much even for high season in SPB. Location 15 min. drive to the center (with no traffic). 1 hour to the airport.
