Avenue Premium

This is an "apart-hotel" and it's important to have corresponding expectations. They don't have a lot of things you'd expect from a typical hotel. That said, the location is good and the building itself is fine, it's quiet. There are a lot of places to go out outside. The major annoyance for me was that they have a smoking point right near the entrance, so you often cannot go in or out without crossing a cloud of cigarette smoke.

Almost perfect place to stay if only much closed to the city.

Cozy...

Limited amounts of running hot water. Only amenities are dishwasher tab, shampoo, and shower gel. Not even a phone to call the front desk.
