My review is written under the motto "boil." I had several reasons to contact this center, because it is located next to my house, I gave it many chances ... 1) I bought a new car in this DC, agreed to pick it up and when examined on the roof at the driver's door I found a small chip of paintwork (with a match head), the car was already "made for me", all special stages were installed, etc., so the manager ran up very quickly, he immediately took the paint in the repair area and smeared it thickly on this chip with the words "Paint later under warranty" (by the way, it still keeps without defects, but it is clear that it was smeared inaccurately). But just the next day I thought that under the guarantee no one would paint for me, because there are signs of self-repair !!!! 2) 1 month after buying a new car, I hit the threshold on the curb, applied for a repair here, painted it quickly, but that’s where the pluses end! (during repairs, when removing the inner trim, the seat belt was twisted and it stopped working, I had to go again, waste time (after all, they took the car for 4 hours!). They painted the entire threshold (although it only touched the front wheel), now the car has corrosion in different places ONLY on this threshold !! And this is 1 year after they were painted !! Comrades, in 1 year !! You are an OF DEALER !! Where is the quality of work? By the way, the guarantee for painting is 6 months. Here all the bribes are smooth , as they say... 2) Replacing tires in their DC takes about 4-5 hours, to my indignation, they only answer that they are not specialized tire fitting and they have other work in the service. But I sign up for a few days ONLY for a tire service !! So be patient if you decide to contact 3) The car stood for almost 1 year without driving, after that I began to hear a creak in the wheel, turned to them for help, the verdict was "repair for 15000", complete replacement of the element (sorry, not an expert), went to another dealer's office, to hear an alternative opinion, in 2 hours they completely repaired without replacing the part (they said that something dried up, stuck, etc.), lubricated, developed, took about 5 thousand with diagnostics! As a result, I want to say that I do not recommend repairing the car there! Service quality is disgusting! I gave this service a lot of chances and they never met expectations! I never go there anymore !!

04/05/20 manager Stanislav Muromsky proposed a Solaris machine for 600 tons. Arriving at the salon, I clarified many times that a car is purchased only for cash. The manager said that everything was agreed. Prepayed 100 TR , cars showed. They said that the next day it will be possible to pick up. On the same evening they called back (now they are not sure what the salon was in general) and said that they were mistaken and at that cost they would give the car back only on credit. Arriving the next day to return the deposit, we were refused. Kuzin D.A. (Head of Sales) replied that they are a big company and can afford to do this, we need to sell you a car. You are not happy, then go to court or take a loan from us. Wrote a claim, waiting for an answer. Draw your own conclusions, is it worth it to go here

I bought a new car for cash (KIA Seltos), paid, they said they would come in two days to pick it up. Suddenly, the dollar rose, the manager and senior manager persistently demanded to pay this amount, so that the SALON goes to zero! I was shocked, but I paid extra because I dreamed about this car. They said come on Friday, everything will be ready. Arrived ... and what do you think, I didn’t pick up the car, because THEY HAVE BROKEN THE ELEVATOR, AND THE MACHINE WAS ON THE SECOND FLOOR OF THE SERVICE !!! And the most interesting thing is that the manager did not even tell me about it, I just sat there for two hours only completing documents. The manager (Fedorov Vitaliy) gave his phone number and told me to call the next day and find out from him if the elevator was repaired so as not to drive. I called the next day, I was told that the elevator is still not working, call back myself. During the day there was no call from him, she, at 18:00 after the working day, went to the salon and I was already told by the senior manager (Anton) that the elevator would be repaired ONLY ON MONDAY !!!! I paid for the car on March 8, I am writing a review on March 14, and I still can’t pick up my paid car !!! The attitude is terrible, the manager after payment just started to avoid me, did not answer questions, did not explain anything. I also wanted to write a complaint to him and the senior manager told me directly that they are buying reviews and I will write something or not for him - this will not have an effect. I don’t advise anyone to buy cars from them, they’re lying, their nerves are fluttering.

Do not respect customer time. 3 days spent no matter what. Agree on some conditions, arrange to try on others. Unprofitable, of course. Endlessly sorting out equally bad options, not very similar to the originally negotiated. Sorry for the time.

Managers do not scare away with their presence, pressure on a potential buyer. Dakar was chosen from two salons.
