There are no complaints about VTB Bank itself (I have been a client since the Bank of Moscow existed), but specifically the branch on Moskovsky Prospekt 220 left not the best impression. They serve it very slowly, as a solution to an elementary task (assigning a PIN code for a new card), the administrator suggested calling the hotline and doing it all by yourself! Whereas the last time (in another branch of the bank) the PIN code was generated by the administrator on the tablet, after which I changed it through an ATM. In general, customer focus is not very ... unless you are interested in the latest offers from the bank - like loans and securities, which you will be enthusiastically told about!

Logic is the strongest side of the bank (sarcasm). A bank employee does not have the opportunity to perform a lot of actions, this can only be done by calling the hotline ... where is the point and why the employee cannot do this, I do not understand.

The room is quite stuffy, terrible queues, they do everything very slowly, I do not recommend it to anyone.
