Probably the worst bank for legal entities. Each year it’s rude enough and with threats to disconnect the accounts they are forced to fill out some endless questionnaires in which from year to year the same information should be reported only in different columns with different checkmarks. The manager is probably someone like Kafka, only without the ability to write and one talent - bureaucracy. Service level? Remember the Soviet store, where you have no one you know.
