A mortgage was issued at the bank. There were no problems with registration and maintenance. I make payments to the ATM without any problems. I wanted to refinance the loan, I lost the certificates at the branch. But this is a defect of a specific employee. No worse than many other banks. The mobile bank is understandable and there are qualified employees too. Yes, and I never sat in line for an hour. This is a branch on Moskovsky 191. There are more queues on Nevsky Prospekt. But I was there only once, so there is no negative.

The service is terrible, they forced me to run around the city for various papers, and they lay in their department. In general, the impression of the whole bank is Disgusting. Not a single procedure goes without problems. When applying for a mortgage at the last moment, various “fees” appear that other banks do not have, they cannot provide documents for these fees, but they don’t draw up a mortgage without payment, and you’re already tied to a transaction, etc., nothing can be done you can. Very unpleasant and uncomfortable bank! It’s impossible to get through the phones of the front door at the front door, they never pick up the phone, and on the general phone they say they cannot help, call the department. Therefore, for any questions you have to lug around the bank branches. Damn me to contact this bank. I do not advise anyone, and I hope my story with them will end soon!
