Сотрудник Анна Фролова обслуживает клиентов с видом "достали", путает документы (мне на подпись выдала документ от МФК; когда я спросила при чем тут МФК? ответила что я как владелец кредитной (!) карты заключила договор через отп с МФК; пришлось указать ей что у меня только дебетовая... скорчив лицо перепечатала документ. Извинения? Нет, она вообще вряд ли знает что это). Все время разговаривала с коллегой, обсуждая кому когда на перерыв, остальное проводила в телефоне. Пока ожидала своей очереди, она с коллегой высмеивала предыдущего клиента. Другой клиентке которая как оказалось зря ждала своей очереди, вслед крикнули "не так уж долго вы и сидели!". Это банк? У меня было впечатление что я попала в колбасный отдел сельпо начала 90х.
