Сам офис удобный и просторный, а вот две сотрудницы которых я наблюдала оставили неприятное впечатление, как и служба "поддержки" банка. Закрывала дебетовую карту. Сотрудник Анна Фролова обслуживает клиентов с видом "достали", путает документы (мне на подпись выдала документ от МФК; когда я спросила при чем тут МФК? ответила что я как владелец кредитной (!) карты заключила договор через отп с МФК; пришлось указать ей что у меня только дебетовая... скорчив лицо перепечатала документ. Извинения? Нет, она вообще вряд ли знает что это). Все время разговаривала с коллегой, обсуждая кому когда на перерыв, остальное проводила в телефоне. Пока ожидала своей очереди, она с коллегой высмеивала предыдущего клиента. Другой клиентке которая как оказалось зря ждала своей очереди, вслед крикнули "не так уж долго вы и сидели!". Это банк? У меня было впечатление что я попала в колбасный отдел сельпо начала 90х.

Terrible bank. How they use it is not clear. You can pay off, you can deposit only with a commission .. the cash desk works, but until 17, although the bank itself works longer. Specialists in quotation marks do not know anything and cannot suggest anything at all. It's easier to call the hotline ..

I made an online loan application and pre-approved. On a call from the bank, I was invited to the bank branch on 5th Krasnoarmeyskaya St. When considering the application - a refusal was given. I spent 1.5 hours one way on the road. Really it was impossible to refuse after preliminary consideration in Online. Why drive a person. I was also denied access to the toilet. And yet, when you go to the bank, it seems that nobody cares about you. I was there for the first time and did not know where to go. None of the employees even thought of coming up to me and asking. I did not know what to get the electronic queue number for. The impression of separation remained poor.

Today I came to pay a loan, and the ATM that is open for 24 hours is closed, barely got through to the hotline, where they told me that they could not help and should wait for the bank to open. Before you take a loan at this Bank, think carefully !!! Constantly problems, bank employees cannot clearly explain anything, they refer to the main office in Moscow, the interest for transfers is high.
