The bank changed the opening hours of the office and did not update it anywhere in the public domain, including in Google maps (despite the fact that google maps is the first result when searching for their office on the Internet). After 20 minutes of waiting at the door of the office, on which it is written in large print that the department opens at 9, a guard came out and in a rude uniform said not to crowd at the door. He also pointed to a small, inconspicuous piece of paper with new opening hours - the office turns out to open at 11! While I and another client stood at the door, waiting for 9 am, 3 passed us !! bank employee and no one even asked what we expected. If they immediately pointed to this little piece of paper, we would not have wasted 30 minutes. The girl on the support phone tried in every possible way to prove to me that it was my own fault that she did not call the office and did not specify the opening hours. Although, when searching through the Internet, all the information very consistently gives the wrong 9 in the morning - even doubts can arise. They have a star on their office door for "office with better service." That's just funny. Each time you visit this bank, either there are such surprises, or waiting for the simplest service for at least an hour.

Very sad office. The room is small, and indeed with poor ventilation, or it draws air from somewhere in the parking lot. Employees to match the office: slow and incompetent. This is probably some kind of reference for negligent workers from other departments. I would advise the bank to work on the courtesy and friendliness of the staff so that the request sounds like a request, and not an order from punitive bodies like "Passport !!!". As in the worst traditions of Sberbank. Also, please, if an employee serves a client who is sitting in front of him, then let him serve him, and not solve other working issues by phone. Let a free employee solve urgent problems. And it would not be bad to make an electronic queue. It’s clear that the department is small, but when you got to the department where people are sitting chaotically, and you stand there for 5-10 minutes and don’t understand who you can contact, there’s nobody to ask for advice, there is a desire to just leave, that I and made on his first visit.

They are SCAMMERS !!! I deposited the loan on schedule through their ATM into my account! Now they demand that they pay more as the money was credited to the account the next day, although they should be credited to the account instantly !!! A statement to the prosecutor's office and the central bank will help to fight swindlers !!!
