Doctors and director of the Center are swindlers. I have paid great amount of money for blood tests and half of them they did not do because of incompetence. So my GP cant make a diagnosis in that case. They refused to refund my money. Well done for their theft!

My throat ached. I went to this clinic to the ENT specialist for examination. The doctor said that I have tonsillitis. She took a swab from my nose and throat for analysis. He also donated blood and urine. As a result, the tests showed that I had harmful bacteria in my nose, throat and the doctor ordered me to drip a bacteriophage in my nose and wash my tonsils 5 times. And since their price for washing was 1,500 rubles, I decided that I would go to another clinic to wash, because it is expensive. After washing 4, I did not feel better. I went for an examination to another doctor who was washing my tonsils. He said washing the tonsils would not help, since 3 bacteria live in my nose and throat. He said that the doctor from the union clinics was generally nonsense, since he had not prescribed normal treatment to combat these bacteria. And in general, I have pharyngitis and tonsillitis. The doctor from the union clinics did not see that I had pharyngitis. Union clinics left an unpleasant impression. First you pay, and then you go to the reception (usually the reception first, and then the payment) And I still don’t understand. I got tests, made an appointment. Why didn't the doctor study the tests before I arrived.? I come to the reception, and she: "Are they ready"? In other clinics that I visited, doctors before the arrival had already examined the test results and immediately prescribed treatment. I also witnessed a case when a woman of about 50-60 years old came to see an anesthetist. The administrator did not correctly record the time. The doctor has a day off. And in the end, this woman came in vain. I do not recommend this clinic to anyone.

This is not the first time I have been visiting this clinic, I am very pleased with the service and attitude towards customers. My doctor, Harutyunyan A. F, has been treating me for several years now, I am returning to him even after the price increase - I am confident in him, I am pleased with the result of the treatment. Thank you Union Clinics.

Arriving at the appointed season, it turns out that they will not be able to accept me, because the specialist to whom the record was made does not carry out this procedure. So you yourself wrote me to him. I did not insist on this specialist, I was only interested in CTG. They suggested rewriting the next day. Seriously? At 38 weeks for the money to ride around town? 😳
