Good doctors, but administrators and telephone operators are not competent. You have to personally agree on everything with the VHI after the doctor, because the administrator cannot do this. Plus, to find out the analyzes, you need to come in person, by email. mail is not sent unless left immediately. And no one asks her right away ... It's almost impossible to get through to the call center, at first there are 15 minutes in the queue, and then they just drop it. And so you can call several times, it's easier to get there and personally find out the tests and make an appointment with the doctor, although it is not very logical for the clinic to create live queues during a pandemic.

I would like to express my deep gratitude to Zapolsky Semyon Mikhailovich, this doctor is from God and his hands are golden. My daughter was in this hospital at the ENT department in building 19 with this doctor. She was very pleased since in this hospital she was helped to cure sinusitis, with which she has been suffering for a long time. I would like to point out all the doctors in this department who are friendly, kind and courteous.
