With great gratitude I want to say, I am now in the hospital! I was admitted to a very difficult one, I was immediately helped quickly! Everyone is very kind, the doctors are the best, the nurses are real professionals in my bad veins have never missed, very good nurses clean up and support, the barmaids are very kind, the food is excellent, everything is delicious, the catering department is great preparing healthy meals and great! Gently hug all fellows! Excellent conditions of the ward, everything is there, thankful from the heart! I would like to thank the chief physician for organizing the work of my best employees and ask you to give awards and certificates of commendation to all employees of the department of building 5F, department 3, 4th floor
I want to express my deep gratitude to all the medical staff of the Botkin Clinical Infectious Diseases Hospital. Piskarevsky 49., building 6, department 7. Professionals in their field work here. People save lives hourly. Excellent specialists, humanly attentive. They have a huge load and responsibility on their shoulders. All conditions have been created - treatment, disinfection, cleanliness, nutrition ...
I would very much like all the staff to be encouraged. Decent specialists and people work here.
I was in a moderate condition with bilateral pneumonia, confirmed by coronavirus. All necessary measures were taken. Quickly examined, quickly made appointments. Thank you very much!
11/26/2020 I was put here in intensive care, in addition to pneumonia + pregnancy 36 weeks. I want to express my deep gratitude and appreciation to everyone who works in this department !!! Caring, sensitive nurses who are always ready to help! Nurses and nurses, who were always on the alert day and night, were always attentive and tactful and could maintain the necessary mood if needed! And of course, thanks to the doctors: any questions, analyzes, each procedure from the moment of admission were supervised by a doctor, explained in understandable language and a great genuine love for work and patients! I entered the shift of Dr. Lyubomir Olegovich, it is felt that a doctor with a big heart and work experience, sincere and responsible! Many thanks to obstetricians, ultrasound doctors, an infectious disease doctor who observed pregnancy and also always approached the matter with a smile and kindness! I am very glad that I fell into such reliable and caring hands of all these people, the brigades are large, several shifts, unfortunately I did not remember everyone by name, but I remember each one with great gratitude =)
Also, after resuscitation, I lay in the ward of the antenatal department, where they were treated. The observing doctors are the same, of course there are much less of them in composition, like nurses, it was felt that they had a lot of work, there were not enough thermometers, there were also tensions with oxygen tanks - they warned about this immediately, but in no case did they cheat, did not refuse ... everything was also friendly, attentive and humanly warm! Although it is clear that there are fewer medical staff and they are very tired. The ward was single, with its own bathroom, clean and tidy, a refrigerator, a locker ... everything as it should be ...
Fly in the ointment - at discharge, well, it is very unclear where, in which building, department to take valuables and documents from storage, when after the hospital there is really no strength, bad weather, the territory is large, bags of things, you still need to go and find out where and what is located: documents in one building, things in another ... it's inconvenient.
Saved from severe pneumonia from covid.
I am simply amazed at how the work of the clinic team is organized.
So disciplined, I could not imagine that this is possible in a state hospital.
All people are in special anti-plague suits, but they are cheerful.
Everyone is super polite, very attentive, very humane, caring, despite the exhausting workload during the epidemic. All - doctors, nurses, nurses!
The cleanliness is unreal. Every day wet cleaning, regular garbage removal. I just admire such an organization of the team. Bravo.
I bow to the leaders of the collective!
I got here at 40/41 weeks of pregnancy after suffering a mild covid at 38 weeks. There were two negative smears on my hands, but for some reason the chief paramedic (or whoever directs the emergency doctors there) decided that I was still contagious. It was at night, everyone was in spacesuits. A separate box with everything you need. And in the morning (with a slight movement of the infectious disease specialist's hand) they were transferred to a normal one-bed ward with personnel without special suits. It turns out that they were brought here by mistake, but now I am already happy that it was this maternity hospital, and not ours in the Moscow region. The attitude of the doctors is pleasing, the availability of the necessary equipment is surprising ... thanks to the reviews I also found a refrigerator in the ward) I hope that my daughter will appear within the walls of this hospital in the coming days. Thank)
