It would be great if doctors would increase their salaries for such an attitude to work. In the hospital, too, very good PEOPLE work, they have been convinced of this more than once. And when he writes a negative review, (maybe this The human factor played a role). I have three children treated from 2002 to the present day, not so often, I even lay (2004) with my son for facial-facial surgery, sorry I don’t remember the name of the surgeon, the man is in his place, God grant him health. We have never been denied help there not for a small or a big problem of the health of my children. DOCTORS and ALL STAFF work there with a capital letter, I bow to them for their hard work.

Today I arrived at the admissions office at 15:30 with a referral. A child (8 days old) has a cephalohematoma. We were sent here from our clinic for a consultation. The doctor ignored me (neurosurgeon). I went to the post several times, they went to the doctor, but she did not notice me and the child. At 6:30 pm, my nerves lost. Then another doctor came out. And he said that you just need to smear the hematoma with ointment (we do this anyway). They are not going to do an ultrasound of the head. Come back in a week, then we'll see. The inspection took 2 minutes !!! Why is it necessary to beg doctors to do their job ?!

We have an operation planned in the Department of Maxillofacial Surgery and I decided to call and find out if there were any transfers due to the situation with COVID ..... The answer was simply dead !!! - There are no transfers yet, but anything is possible ... - How can I find out about the transfer if it happens? - (roughly) Watch TV !!!! The curtain.... I can't say anything about the attending doctors, maybe they are good, but the attitude ..... Perhaps we will look for another clinic ..... although we have been waiting for this operation for almost a year ...

Planned hospitalization in the Maxillofacial Department. Now, due to the situation, they require analysis for Covid-19, but in the emergency departments without analysis and planned patients are all together in the same ward. What's the point in this additional analysis? The department is not intended for children, AT ALL, IN ANY WAY, starting with high beds, ending with staff who every 10 seconds makes comments to parents, children, be quiet, do not run ... cry until two in the morning, not letting others sleep. Disgusting food. There are no doctor rounds here ...
