Rented 1.6 engine displacement from Toyota Corolla. Traveled a third of the planned route, an amazing excursion. I am very satisfied. The only caveat is that this model doesn't pick up speed very well when driving downhill.

Upon receipt of the car, it did not have a jack and a wheel wrench. True, the guys fixed everything, but there was a delay. In general, the car was of course clean. But extremely sloppy front seats. Apparently need dry cleaning. In general, the impression of the company is good. This is not the first time we have rented a car from them. But in the past, these annoying little things were gone. More attention to detail, but overall everything is fine!

The car was received with numerous damage to the paintwork throughout the car, with cracks in the front bumper, unevenly fixed front and rear bumpers. At the time of admission, I tried to photograph the main critical damage. However, upon subsequent delivery of the car, an employee of the company found a small chip of paintwork on the rear bumper. At my request to present a photo of the rear bumper before I started using the car, they answered that there was no photo and recommended that I show them my photographs, which would prove that these chips were already present before. For these damages they ask for compensation of 10 tr. !!! And this, taking into account the initially poor condition of the car paintwork and the fact that I bought extended insurance !!!!!!! I refused to pay compensation. Let's see how it ends. Blocked on the card 5 000 r for payment of fines have not been returned. Apparently gone to pay compensation I do not plan to use the services of this company. And I can’t recommend it.
