We rented a car from this company for several days to travel to Finland. The car was given older than what was announced on the company's website, it was immediately alerted that the car had a strange gearbox, thought that he was not used to this model, and that this was a feature of this car. The car crashed in Helsinki - a box malfunction - the engine check signal came on, the car drove in jerks, refused to move from the first time. The vacation was spoiled, all plans had to be canceled, the last day in Helsinki was spent in search of help, since they did not receive support from Alarm-Rent - by phone - they told me to tow to the Russian border at my own expense, and that it was not their concern when the client located abroad. Somehow, we arrived at Russia under our own power, worrying that we would be late for the plane as well, since we bought air tickets from St. Petersburg back home. We were almost late for the plane when we arrived at the end of registration and were pretty nervous. When they handed over the car, the alarm receiver of the company Alarm Rent was not surprised at the breakdown, moreover, it became obvious that he knew about the breakdown, meagerly and easily apologized for the inconvenience. I often rent cars, and in different countries, I have never seen such a negligent attitude towards clients.
