At that time, I believed that the trial was scheduled for the next day, according to the traffic police. Instead of appeasing me and telling me: - That the court sessions are not appointed by the traffic police immediately at the time of drawing up the protocol. - That I should be, at least notified by the court about the appointment of the date of the court session. - That the address that is written in the ruling next to the office of Mr. Morozov (on this principle I was looking for a lawyer and was looking for) is not a court of traffic police. - What in my case, according to the established practice, the court and without a lawyer will punish me in the form of a fine, and not a punishment connected with the deprivation of rights. Instead of all this, Mr. Morozov volunteered to defend me in the "court" on August 16, on my proposal to sign the contract and settle it in court, Mr. Morozov stated that he needed to prepare midnight and make motions. I did not even have suspicions, because I believed that people who practice law practice value their reputation. I signed the contract and paid the fee. On the morning of August 16, Mr. Morozov called me and said that there would be no court session, that there was not a court but the traffic police, and that there was no point in going there. Realizing that I intend to still get to the traffic police, he still said that communication in the traffic police can result in a fine of 2500 rubles. and not by deprivation of rights as I expected. To my perplexity and the question of what will be in this case with the fee, if Mr. Morozov's participation is not required to achieve the required result, he stated that he will not return the fee. In the traffic police, without asking me for documents, they said that the summons would come from the court, I decided to wait for it. Thanks to the magical work of the Russian Post, I never received a summons, the meeting passed without me and Mr. Morozov, the court ordered a fine. To clear my conscience, before publishing this response, I called Morozov once more and asked what he thought about our situation and the fee. He said that he believes he has fully fulfilled his obligations. Well, I am considering my fees for fees as a science for myself on the one hand, and on the other hand, as an investment in cleansing, at least in the form of a review on the Internet, of the SPb legal services market from fraudsters, temporary workers and people formally related to their obligations to the client .
