I have been going to Sportlife since 2014. Ligov, Akademichesky (closed in April 2020, was without a pool), Ladozhsky are the favorite clubs of the chain. Spacious, with a pool and all the necessary equipment. Since July 2020 I have been going to Aptekarsky. Small, tired exercise machines are placed too close to each other (sometimes they are dirty, so it is better to take a towel with you), no pool, cramped shower room and not working air conditioner; the other day the temperature in the hall was +25 (now it seems to have been fixed. Or turned on). But this is half the trouble (not only for Aptekarsky). It's all about the staff - the girls at the reception only smile when you replenish your deposit account, the sales managers are happy when you renew your membership. However, today I forgot my club card at home and I was told that if I forget it again, I will be disconnected from the loyalty program. Em... Further coaches. I often see that they are on the phone in the hall. The quality of services is different - one trainer frankly doesn't care about you (trains with absent facial expressions), other norms. Some coaches allow themselves to clump together in the gym, discuss clients and laugh out loud. Somehow it's not very good. And for all this they ask for 60,000 rubles a year. Then keep the level for all 60,000 rubles. Now the quality of services has been falling for two years already. And the staff is the first alarm bell for me. So far, my rating is 2 out of 5. P.S. The day after the publication of this review, I got a call from Sportlife's Quality Service and said that they strongly disagree with what I wrote (it's not very clear what exactly they disagree with. I argued everything and wrote my observations, with whom it is pointless to argue) and offered to terminate the contract, and also disconnected me from the loyalty program, where I had a good discount for the continuity of attendance and personal training. Well. I closed the contract. Goodbye Sportlife. However, I am not discouraging anyone from this network. Read reviews, case law, compare with other offers in the city. But if you decide on Sportlife, then remember: you cannot publicly express your opinion about the club's shortcomings, the Quality Service has an answer to everything - out of sight, out of mind. Great cozy fitness room. Nice atmosphere, great staff.

Poor club. No pool! Very small rooms. Closely. Parking is always a problem.
