I really like it. I go to TRIFIT since September. I have friends who work here longer. As for the studio itself, I note professional trainers, friendly and helpful staff, good fitness equipment, plenty of space, a clean shower room. There is a massage room, I go periodically. Impressions are positive.

I never fit into weight loss programs, because I was not sure about the result. I must admit, I was not sure that I could stick to the breading and nutrition plan, because I really like cakes. Even not so, I ooooochen like cakes! And besides the last training I had at school, that is, about 10 years ago. But I decided to just do what Anton would say, whatever it cost me. The food was delicious, but the workouts were hard for me first. But the result was noticeable in a week, the first to notice colleagues, and I was very motivated! Then it became easier to train, and even I began to feel slimmer. And the support of Anton and his team, when I ached with them as hard as I could, helped a lot. I just want to say that this is not a diet, it's a new look at how I care about myself and believe in myself. Thank you, Anton and the whole team!
