Supper clean and comfortable place to stay. close to mall and restaurants. 5 min walk to train station and subway! Great, delicious food.

Very cozy and comfortable hotel. Staff is the best.

Central location, very close to Nevsky. Comfy room even though it was extremely small. The staff should be better trained. We asked for a wake up call because we had an early flight. They said they will do and noted in front of us the time we wished to be woken up.... it never happened. The same person has done our check out and when complaining we had no apologies.

An excellent and quaint hotel. Beautiful old world interior, quiet and well equipped rooms. We had a nice time here and if you are visiting the city we can recommend this hotel.

As a boutique hotel using a historical building they did good job designing the property. Rooms are little tiny but comfy. One elevator only. Service was good. Location is great. Next to everything! Reasonable prices.
