Polite staff. Always prompt and help. I did not notice the queues (maybe I just got there). There is where to park a car. Everything is at a high level.

They do not accept cards of other banks for payment - in my opinion, this is redneck of the times of the 90s.

It was a very long service, two windows worked, there were four people in front of me, two clients were served for more than 50 minutes, in a window 4 a bank employee got up and left for half an hour there was one working window! I will never be a client of this bank and I will not advise others!
