Приношу благодарность сотруднику банка - Гончаровой Инне Евгеньевне за доброжелательное отношение к клиентам. Эта милая девушка не просто выполняет свою работу, она выполняет ее на отлично. Спасибо за потраченное время, спасибо за подробное разъяснение сложных для граждан вопросов. Если бы весь персонал был настолько вежливым и чутким, жить стало бы намного легче.

Incompetent employees, brake services, and sometimes lack thereof. Were 29/06/19. An attempt to pay the utility bill was unsuccessful. In the window where they called by the number, the card terminal did not work, in the window where they were redirected in 10 minutes - “you were not called”, to? in the first window they advised to take one more number. The attempt, with the help of a consultant, to pay at an ATM with a barcode caused a deep thoughtfulness of the apparatus (the same machine, the employee commented), which ended with a message about the impossibility of the operation. They left at the okay ATM, spent less than a minute on everything.

beautiful sberbank very cool and fast a lot of kind people and clean and there are no old people who ask to miss I am very glad that at least one sberbank is not a place for the old people I know that they need to take their pension but they are fifty minutes arguing and arguing with a girl who simply does not He understands that he (she) wants
