More than half an hour in line to receive a transfer. Employees in the hall shaft, not busy with anything, but what's the use? Cashier is apparently one. It works very slowly. Everything happened under the cameras. In the department, they could not solve anything, first they let slip that the money would be returned to the account within a couple of days, then they were told not earlier than a week later, then the boss, who introduced herself as Ekaterina, told me to write a complaint and the term for its consideration is 2 months! Only 05/31/19 the money was returned to the account. Be careful and keep in mind the situation - 5 days without money!

Horror. Quiet horror. for the third day I have been trying to open a checking account - employees don’t really communicate with each other - it’s difficult to achieve specific information. Attended this department Uralsib for years 10. Was absolutely pleased. Now they have a new cashier, Sviderskaya Anna, who for no apparent reason is rude and communicates with the visitor in an orderly tone. For the second time there was a conflict from scratch. And do not even explain this rudeness. Just not friendly, throwing money, documents, all with firework, does not cause the next visitor in time, forcing him to wait, there are creepy turns in her shift. It does not say hello, it is not interested in itself - what is necessary for the visitor, what service. Just looks silently, like a ram, then in an orderly tone asks for the passport "Passport!" Well, in general, everything in that spirit. If she is told, or asked why she is rude to herself, and whether it is not more polite, then she argues, and makes the visitor an inadequate idiot. Without any extra excuses, he is silent, then he says this phrase "Will you be serviced? .. There is no place to go, I agree to" serviced ", and then questions like“ passport! ”Or“ in what currency is the translation? ”Are asked in an orderly tone? No excuse me, no please, no thanks, no smiles. Only an orderly tone. I met completely different tellers in self-respecting banks. And there were professional polite employees in this department. Now, after visiting this bank for 10 years, I have to find other. I am not satisfied with such service. and my bank manager responded, "Well, did you come to receive 300 thousand? .." I replied to her, no, 60, but this is not the reason for rude behavior? Well, she agreed. This time I again complained to the teller, and Again, the answer to me is that the cashier is behaving adequately, and apparently, “we don’t have anything to do with her.” Well, then stay with the “adequate” cashier, and with an empty bank.
