The rest (3 people), seeing us, got up from their desks and with the words "Well, wait" left the room (it is possible to smoke or drink tea). A queue formed. We waited for our “queue” for 20 minutes (there was no one before us), without waiting to turn around and go to another office (across the road). It was a month ago, but outraged by what has happened so far.
