Awful department. You can always resolve all issues in the branch on Kuznetsova, a different attitude towards the client and there are no problems with ATMs like here.

There is no ramp! To withdraw money or pay for something, I need to fasten a stroller in the open air, blocking the path for someone and, picking up a child, get up. There is no ramp in this branch of Sberbank. Recently I witnessed how a woman carried a pram with a baby in her arms on the steps !!! I don’t know if the cleaners work at all in the bank’s branches, apparently this isn’t. Always dirty, some kind of puddles in the room. Well, as for the service, then everything is not bad. Electronic queue. Everything is clear.

The waiting time exceeds all conceivable limits, not even at rush hour (to open an account and draw up a card for one person - more than half an hour and one window!
