On the hot line they answer that you need to go again. I come again, again they attach another manager, who also promises to take control of the situation and call back. And again a week of silence.

If you come across Lepikhin's manager Eleanor, run away from here or demand to change! This is not a manager, but a galactic brake !!! Such incompetence is rarely found anywhere. 2.5 months we can’t get off the ground. Documents are requested in a circle. The Sberbank system in all its glory! It’s not real to get through! They like to close 15 or even 30 minutes earlier. The electronic queue does not work well. Constantly out of turn investors come and sit in front of you for half an hour. All questions are boorishly answered.
