I called the hotline, they said the card was made, you can go to pick it up, pinned down 2 days after the call, to which I was told that the card was not ready, come tomorrow. Before that, I sat in line for an hour and a half, the room is very stuffy, the employees are working hard. The ugliest bank I've ever seen.

If you need to pay utility bills, it is better to go to Sberbank. It took 20 minutes to pay 4 receipts. I had to independently check whether the cashier indicated the personal account number correctly. The physiognomy of the employees is sour, neither "hello" nor "goodbye." Was in the afternoon, at 3 o'clock, visitors besides me - 1 person and then, about the service of the card. Nevertheless, I had to wait for my "turn", while there were 3 free employees. One girl (manager) very effectively smeared her hands with cream at the workplace. And yes, terrible stuffiness, despite the air conditioner.
