Отвратительно. Больше не хочу покупать здесь ничего. Требуют карту постоянного клиента, раньше находили в базе по телефону, или можно было предъявить в электронном виде. Теперь требуют скачать приложение или сам кусок пластика. Книгу не найти, сотрудник магазина от покупателей шарахается. Я в маске и в перчатках, а она требует, что бы я одела перчатки, которые на кассе!!! Настроение испортили. Это был мой последний визит в буквоед
