Big fresh looking office, not overcrowded morning time. Senior specialist was proficient, fast and customer focused.

Service liked. There are queues for resolving long issues, but quite within reasonable limits. It was a hereditary case - everything was decided quite quickly (I have something to compare, hello to the terrible bank Opening)

The second time I come to the office and the manager tells me to use the Internet bank, and not to contact them. And this despite the fact that they are empty in the hall. Very lazy staff.

It was necessary to pay tuition fees. The terminal works ugly. There are no consultants. If the educational institution would not be forced to pay through this bank, it would never even enter it.
