The bank does not do anything illegal, but verbally promises profit, and even guarantees, on this basis everyone runs and signs these "management agreements". I repeat, with adult parents - just by the hand. Otherwise, in this bank - nothing, but most likely - not in any)) P. S. Naturally, every bank has product lines and so on. YOU HAVE NO ORIENTATION - there is a competent sale, in my opinion, deliberately NON-CONSTRUCTIVE, UNPROFITABLE AND OTHER, products to the gullible population. It makes no sense to write to you by mail, the money has already been taken (they gave you three years, profit 0, minus inflation). Terrible bank. Huge queues of customers gather, and employees are hiding in their kennels. Branch on Kosygin is a separate story altogether. They waited an hour until they were accepted, and the employees decided who would work from them.

A terrible place - they were waiting for more than an hour, there were no people, the tables were all busy, but nobody was working, a waste of time, people just wander around the office without any desire to start doing something. Many are simply sitting idle. Awful.
