I have never met a more terrible service. You can sit there forever! The most stubborn bank in the world. You call to ask the question "Hello, the caronovirus has struck the brains of our managers and, in general, there are enemies and viruses around! The application always contains irrelevant information with a lag of a month or more, in general, depends on the weather outside the window. Do not take anything here, I conjure God!

Impossible to get through !!!!! I call 1:10 minutes and the line is cut off. I spent more than 4 hours in total in one day. On other days, a little less. This is not a bank, this is a complete g ****. They make some special problems in the bank to delay the loan.

This is horror, just horror that defies any comment. Service zero, attitude to customers zero. What they want and do, and even with such an important appearance, it’s sickening. It is disgusting to realize that you can behave this way when something depends on you. We paid the loan, came to pick up the TCP, and ended up spending 4 hours there. Arrogance, lack of respect for customers and a complete, I emphasize, complete lack of organization and friendliness. Never contact this bank.
