The policy is based on rudeness (for example, they humiliate those who wash their cars in a self-service car wash opposite) and the imposition of services (they constantly shovel degreasing when it is not needed). Wash with it badly. My example: they said that it was necessary to degrease, I did not agree with this and asked to wash it first, then we will decide. As a result, they "washed" for 5 minutes and showed how she, allegedly, is not being laundered. We said we will not dry, or we will scratch the car with mud (winter was on the street). The next day I went to another sink, where customers appreciate and do not hang noodles on their ears - and the machine was perfectly washed without degreasing! I even specifically asked if it was necessary - they said they would look and say. As a result, they did not say. Work honestly, gentlemen! And people will reach out.
