The letter from the Pension Fund was sent on March 30 (the envelope bears the date stamp of the departure). I received the letter in August (there is no 197373 post office stamp on the envelope). And this is not the first time. Letters are in the mail, stamps are not affixed, and are delivered with a long delay. Currently waiting for a package from Ozone. Today it turns out that she has been at this post office since 10 August. No notification. The parent organization should think about changing the leadership of this department, because work is not organized. If you refer to the salary of employees, then it is the same everywhere in Russia.

Disgusting service, huge queues, no observance of social distance, the meaning of the electronic queue is not clear at all, the operator shouts out the ticket number, not everyone hears, there is constant confusion. The service leaves much to be desired, it is a pity for pensioners who have to spend 2 hours in this hell to get the same pension!

I came on a day off, sat in line for an hour and left - the line does not move. I decided to come early on a weekday, half an hour after the opening - the same story. I don’t know what’s the matter, perhaps there are few employees, but I don’t blame them, it’s just not normal to wait so long, I haven’t seen anything like this in any post office. Horror
