People rush from one window to another, stand in line for 10 minutes or longer. In the same room you can take a coupon for the purchase of boxes. Spoiler alert: boxes are sold in the hall, on the doors of which it is written "delivery and dispatch of parcels". The number is invalid, the live line is like at a concert, social distance is not respected. There are boxes of a certain size on display, but no one will sell them to you. Phone calls are not answered. One star is too high a mark.
