Small township post office. Employees work very responsibly. They made a big load on the department in the form of Yuntolovo, for which the department is not adapted! I use this department for 3 years. No problem. Because Yuntolovo now there are queues. They would rather open a branch there!

The department employs poorly seeing, hard of hearing and downright lazy employees. The head of the department is a young girl who is not interested in training her employees and at least in a satisfactory result of the work of her department. Problems arise every time you visit the department. I will describe one case: I go to the department on behalf of the organization to receive correspondence. It was the end of the quarter, one of the Suppliers sent a letter of notice with closing documents, these documents were needed by the accountant to reduce the amount of VAT. In the department they looked for a letter and said that they could not find it and that's it !!!! I had to ask several times to search again, and only after I almost shouted, the postal employee again began to look for the letter, and as a result, after 15 minutes the letter was found. And it was like this: they have a shelf with letters, it is visible to all visitors, the employee approached this shelf looking for several minutes, then walked to the room opposite and back and so ten times in a circle. The letter was found in the letter shelf !!! In my opinion, such employees should be held financially responsible. Didn't give the letter while paying VAT for the company !!!

Today I observed the movement of the parcel at 8 o’clock in the morning, she left Sestroretsk to Olgino, all day hoping that the children would have time to receive it, since there were two days off ahead, and they received a warning just before closing, when there was no way to get it.
