1. The department does not have an electronic queue. 2. When my turn came, I had to send a parcel, the girl first went somewhere, then she started shouting (as it turned out it was addressed to me) so that I would come to look at the box. I asked how much it cost, I had to wait a long time for an answer. The price did not suit me and I asked for a package. Several packages were thrown to me and the girl went to the window to deal with another person, without explaining anything to me. I tried to match the size of the bag. Nobody was going to tell me the price of the package. After my request to stop serving me and tell me the price of the package, the girl muttered displeased that she did not know the price. The package is torn. I even thought to pay for it and ask for another, but when I was eventually told that it was worth like a box, I had to call someone more competent. When I asked why they left me without completing the service and did not inform me in advance of the price of either the shipment or the package, he simply stated that this is how it was, and I had to look at the price of shipment in advance on the Internet. After visiting this department, I got the feeling that its employees are not customer-oriented and are trying to transfer their negativity to visitors. The quality of service to people, apparently, is in last place in the Russian Post organization. A person who never sent a package is simply abandoned, no one gives any intelligible explanations. The time spent in this department is wasted. I am very sorry that I wasted my precious time trying to get a quality service in the Russian Post organization. I do not recommend anyone to go there.

I sent an international parcel post. I asked twice whether it was necessary to fill out the cn22 declaration, the operator confidently said that it was not necessary. But it turned out that of course it is necessary, because of such negligence I lost 3,000 rubles, once again I am convinced that in order to deal with mail, you need to study all the tariffs and rules on your own on the site, because the employees are not small (apparently from the inhuman load , penny salaries and impunity)
